We were advised on 11th November, 2015, that membership certificates should be collected from the Executive Secretary at Temo offices:

They are located in Gaborone International Finance Park, near Game City mall.

From Game City 4-way stop, you turn left towards Registrar of Companies/Kgale Mews. Then second turn left, and their office is on the right, same block as Pick 'n Pay offices. They are on the first floor, unit 1F.
