NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

BOTSWANA INSTITUTE OF DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONS (BIDP)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with clause 6(a-f) of the Constitution that the Botswana Institute of Development Professions 43rd AGM for 2021 shall be held on Thursday 04 November 2021; Venue; Online and in Gaborone, Phakalane Phase 1 (Mr. Manis’s Office) plot 21541 (map is below) starting at 6.00pm.

The AGM Agenda will be as follows;

1.0 Adoption of proposed motion: That this meeting accept the late date of the meeting, in contravention of the constitution, for the reasons provided by the President of BIDP as attached or sent following this notice.
2.0 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS 42nd AGM AND MATTERS ARISING
3.0 PRESIDENT’S REPORT
4.0 TREASURER’S REPORT
5.0 ELECTION OF BIDP COUNCIL OFFICE BEARERS

We are now on Debian 12, up from Debian 6. We started off with BSD but had an issue with logs that never stopped growing.
